Rental Information
- All prices are in US dollars (USD).
- A 10% government Accommodation Tax will be added to your bill (must be paid on any rental property on the island)
- Low Season -- 4 day minimal rental
- High Season -- 5 day minimal rental
- Two-week rental: Deduct 10%
- Three or Four week rental: Deduct 15%
(Does not apply to holiday weeks)
- Mid-week maid service is available at an extra charge.
- Children 5 and under are FREE, with no extra person rate.
- Check in is at 4:00 p.m. and check out is 10:00 a.m.
- We will endeavour to accommodate special requests but may not always be able to do so.
The property manager or assistant property manager will greet you and give you the keys, as well as be available to help if there are any problems or questions.

25% on booking. (Transferrable, but not refundable)
75% balance due 45 days prior to arrival
Visa & Mastercard and Certified Cheques accepted.

You are welcome to smoke on the patio, but we do not allow smoking in the house. If anyone in your party (including any guests) is found to be smoking, we will have to charge you for the carpet and upholstery shampooing, dry cleaning of all comforters and blankets and cleaning of all air vents.
