This 3,000 square foot, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath villa is located DIRECTLY on the beach. Four storeys tall, the views of the ocean from almost every room in the villa are breath-taking!
The main floor has a large, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, an adjacent dinette area which seats 4 and a separate dining room with a harvest table for 6. The kitchen has a side-by-side refrigerator, range with oven, dishwasher and built-in microwave.
 Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms. The Master has a king-sized bed and ensuite, the 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. On the 4th level, climbed to by a wrought iron winding staircase, there is a small office area, which could sleep another guest, if required.
The lower level with sliding glass doors and a walkout to the beach, has a very comfortable seating / viewing area for the large screen TV, with DVD/Video player, and many movies to choose from. It also has a pull-out queen-sized bed, a double futon as well as a single futon; in other words, sleeping on the beach level for 5 people. The villa can, therefore, accommodate 11-12 people VERY comfortably without crowding. There is a full bathroom and laundry room on the lower level as well.
